"Net 30 days. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the invoice date are subject to a late fee of $50 or 1.5% per month, whichever is greater, on the unpaid balance."Artwork Standards: All artwork must be submitted in vector format (e.g., .AI, .EPS, .PDF) or high-resolution (at least 300 DPI). The shop is not responsible for low-quality prints resulting from poor customer-supplied artwork. Approval Process: Detailed mockups (digital proofs) will be provided for all orders. Production begins only after written or digital approval. The shop is not responsible for errors or typos overlooked after the mockup is approved. Design Discrepancies: Due to variations in monitor displays and garment materials, print colors and embroidery thread colors may vary slightly from the digital mockup. Standard turnaround time begins only after the deposit is paid and artwork/mockup approval is received."In-hands" dates must be explicitly communicated and agreed upon. Additional rush fees may apply for orders needing expedited turnaround times. Customers supplying their own blanks do so at their own risk. The shop does not assume liability or reimburse for spoiled, misprinted, or damaged customer-provided apparel during the printing or embroidery process.Defective Items: If there is a major defect or error on the shop's part, the customer must notify the shop within 72 hours of receiving the goods. The shop reserves the right to reprint/re-embroider the defective items.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within specified timeline Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
